Spring Nutrition and Weight Management Program

Eating-After-Bike-RideRebecca Scritchfield, RD, sports nutritionist and healthy weight management expert is offering a coinciding eight week program for those interested in the Ride Into Spring Program whose focus is weight management or weight loss.  Rebecca will:

  • offer a meal plan that will fuel energy levels for rides and help with weight loss
  • give guidance on quality foods, balance, and portion sizes
  • give two group lectures discussing resources like recipes, shopping lists, and making choices at restaurants
  • be available for email questions
  • will give all information on a USB drive for reference
  • will offer 30% off her services by Skype, phone, or in office consultations

In order to sign up for the nutrition services you must also be enrolled in the Ride Into Spring Program
